Since this addition is located on the home's outside wall, like most home additions, we designed a classic stand-alone dining room with high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Upstairs, we constructed the new primary bathroom and two adjoining walk-in closets. Both closets include private sitting areas, with ample space for a Peloton, daybed, or desk. The bathroom is outfitted with luxurious amenities, such as a steam shower, soaking tub, dual sinks, a custom vanity, a linen closet, and direct access to the walk-in closets.

While this was not a large addition, it significantly increased the home's square footage without encroaching on the yard's design.
